Refund and Returns Policy

Our simple Refunds guarantee gives you peace of mind, with no quibble refund for any reason within the first 90 days before the start of the World of Shotcrete Training Event.

If you are indside 30 days of the event – we have already arranged all training resources. Incurred costs mean there will be no refunds if you cancel within 30 days of Training.

We are sure you understand that last minute cancellations cannot be accomodated but we will offer a 50% discount for next years event!
