Recertification – this option is for those who have been previously certified and wish to renew their certification and (perhaps) add on the overhead orientation if qualified.
This option includes:
- written (no additional hours required, unless adding on OH, which requires 100 OH hours) OR oral exam (requires 1000 hours within the last 2 years) for recertification. Proof of sufficient documented, verified hours is required. Please request the work experience form for documentation
- performance panel(s) – vertical, required and included; (overhead optional with add-on purchase)
